The rooms are good value for money and fine with new air-con, good AC, double bed. It has incredible, favourable setting, just next door to the biggest supermarket, and the ferry that carries cars and passengers to Ometepe Island. Also, the hotel is located 3 miles away from a year-round water amusement park.

The room was well-equipped and brand-new, included down pillows. The bathroom was large with a bath. The hotel's location was magnificent, near the ferry for Ometepe, the ferry landing, and ferry station. Lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Culver's, offering food to go.

One of the best places to stay on my Nicaragua trip. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable and cheap accommodation options. Convenient location for visiting Isla Ometepe and taking the ferry. Enjoyed conversations with the friendly owner. Tasty breakfast and great food choices. Little market nearby for snacks and water. Relaxing in the hammocks on the property was a plus.
Hard to think of anything.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our travel plans. It was just a short walk to the ferry that takes you to Ometepe Island, and there were also restaurants, bars, and the beach within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner, Ronny, made our stay extra special. the beds were comfortable, and the room was cleaned daily. it was a great experience, and we would definitely return.
Felt right at home here, nothing to complain about.

Convenient location, close to the port and ferry stop. The hotel grounds had hammocks, which provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to.
The staff, aside from the owner, were not very friendly. The service at the hotel restaurant was slow and the overall experience was not great.

We stayed at Noches Surenas / Southern Nights Nicaragua for 2 nights - 1 before and 1 after our visit to Ometepe Island. The hotel exceeded our expectations in this small town. The location was excellent, just a few feet from the port, making it convenient for our ferry trips. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and both of the rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable. The staff, especially the owner Ronnie, were exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The included breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.
Not one thing 😊

The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to the ferry pier.- The staff was friendly and approachable, always willing to help.
The breakfast options were limited and not very satisfying. The lack of hot water was a major disappointment, especially during the chilly Christmas season.
